My niece, Anna, (who to my knowledge use to be called Kariann), had a sweet 16 party. Apparently she changed her name too because when I got there everyone was calling her Anna. I need to come around more often or relatives need to notify me of name changes. Anyway, yesterday I set out on a 4 hour trip to a sweet 16 party. It was a lot of fun and she was beautiful as always. I know she'll appreciate me putting her picture here. Happy Birthday Anna :)
Midnight Crystal, professional mobile DJ, Gary Septer, provided the music, DJ, and light show. They did a great job entertaining the mixture of age groups at the party. I'd recommend them for your party entertainment. I wasn't too sure if this picture of lights would turn out too well with my digital camera, but I think it turned out pretty.

I had 3 days to finish this portrait. When you count the actual time I had it figures out to about 10 hours since I only do this part time. It's my son and his girl friend. She flys back to Kentucky tomorrow so this is it. I was going to just do a regular graphite portrait, but I guess I've been working with color too long and decided to dig out the col-erase colored pencils since I could erase and blend with those too. It was different and I'm not too sure about it yet, but time is up. It's 16" X 20" on mat board.
